organizations and pre-school training classes of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the
2021-2022 academic year. Instructive and methodological letter – Nur-Sultan:

methodological assistance to managers, methodologists, teachers of preschool
organizations, regardless of the types and form of ownership, in organizing the

INTRODUCTION
The instructional and methodological letter on the organization
of the educational process in preschool organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan
in the 2021-2022 academic year was developed on the basis of the Laws of the Republic
Kazakhstan "On Education", "On the status of teachers" and the State
Program for the Development of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for
2020-2025, as well as Models for the development of preschool education and training, where the goal is
The goal of preschool education and training is to create favorable
safe conditions for the harmonious and versatile development of children, taking into
account their individual needs.
The main priority directions of the
preschool education system are determined within the framework of the
implementation of the Model of development of preschool education
and training.
In the Instructional and Methodological Letter, the following are indicated
the main tasks for the 2021-2022 academic year, which
include the following areas:
- creating a favorable developing safe educational environment,
including an inclusive one, taking into account individual abilities and
the needs of each child;
- education, training and development (without fatigue) of children in an interesting
game form for them;
- recognition of the child as a full-fledged participant (subject) of
educational relations;
- formation of the philosophy of a positive attitude of society to children with
special educational needs
- improving the skills necessary for learning at school
(the ability to assess dangerous or safe actions; regulate emotions;
general cognitive development of the child);
- ensuring equal starting opportunities for obtaining
high-quality preschool education for children from different social
groups and strata of the population.
When organizing educational and educational activities,
we recommend that teachers pay attention to the following principles:
- learning through the game;
- development of children through the integration of educational areas.
Preschool age is vital for the formation
of a child's personality. At this age, children's speech and sensory skills are formed
, which are necessary for school education, as well as mental, physical,
aesthetic development and education of patriotic qualities.

2. FEATURES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL
THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
Preschool organizations carry out educational and educational
activities in accordance with the State Mandatory
Standard of Preschool Education and Training (hereinafter referred to as the Standard); Standard
curricula of Preschool Education and Training (hereinafter referred to as the TUP); Standard
Curriculum of Preschool Education and Training (hereinafter referred to as the Standard
Program).
In accordance with the Standard Rules of Activity of preschool
organizations, a preschool organization organizes its activities for
the following periods:
1) from September 1 to May 31 – the academic year (the period of mastering the
content of the Standard Program;
2) from June 1 to August 31 – summer wellness period;
3) until August 1, annually-the release of
pupils who have reached school age from the preschool organization is carried out;
4) from August 1 to August 31 of the current year
, pupils are transferred from one age group to another.
Educational and educational process
it is carried out according to:
- a long-term plan based on cross-cutting topics;
- cyclogram;
- monitoring the achievements of pupils (starting,
intermediate, final).
