Standard of public service "Reception of documents and issuance of directions for the provision of recreation in suburban and school camps to certain categories of students and pupils of state educational institutions"

Chapter 1. General Provisions
1. State service "Acceptance of documents and issuing directions for the provision of rest to children in suburban and school camps for certain categories of students and pupils of state educational institutions" (hereinafter - the state service).
2. The standard of public services was developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Ministry).
3. The state service is provided by local executive bodies of the regions, the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent, districts and cities, educational organizations (hereinafter referred to as the service provider).
The acceptance of the application and the issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out through:
1) the office of the service provider;
2) non-profit joint-stock company "State Corporation" Government for Citizens "(hereinafter - the State Corporation);
3) the web portal of "electronic government" www.egov.kz (hereinafter - the portal).

Chapter 2. The procedure for the provision of public services
4. Terms for the provision of public services:
1) from the moment of delivery of documents to the service provider, to the State Corporation, as well as when applying to the portal - 5 (five) business days.
When applying to the State Corporation, the day of admission is not included in the time period for rendering the state service. The service provider shall ensure the delivery of the result of the state service to the State Corporation, no later than one day before the expiration of the period for rendering the state service;
2) the maximum allowable waiting time for delivery of documents from the service provider or the State Corporation is 15 minutes;
3) the maximum allowable service time at the service provider is 30 minutes, at the State Corporation - 15 minutes.

5. The form of public service provision is electronic (partially automated) and (or) paper.

6. The result of the provision of public services is a referral (ticket) to suburban and school camps or a reasoned response to refuse to provide public services in cases and on the grounds provided for in paragraph 10 of this standard of public services.
The form for providing the result of the provision of public services is paper.
If the service recipient applies for the result of the provision of the public service on paper, the result of the provision of the public service is documented in electronic form, printed, certified by the seal and signature of the authorized person of the service provider.
On the portal, the result of the provision of public services is sent and stored in the "personal account" of the service recipient in the form of an electronic document signed by electronic digital signature (hereinafter - EDS) of the authorized person of the service provider.

7. The state service is provided to individuals (hereinafter - the service recipient) free of charge.
8. Schedule:
1) service provider: from Monday to Friday inclusive, from 9.00 to 18.30 hours, with a lunch break from 13.00 hours to 14.30 hours, except weekends and holidays, in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is provided from 9.00 to 17.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 hours to 14.30 hours. The public service is provided on a first come, first served basis and expedited basis;
2) State Corporation: from Monday to Saturday inclusive in accordance with the established work schedule from 9.00 to 20.
