Zhumatova I. Zh. shared her experience on the topic «LESSON STUDY-САБАҚТАҒЫ ЗЕРТТЕУ - МЕКТЕПТІ ЖАҚСАРТУДЫҢ ТИІМДІ ҚҰРАЛЫ»
On December 6, 2021, in order to present and disseminate research results by teachers of educational organizations implementing a lesson research project in Kazakhstan (Lesson Study Kazakhstan), the Center for Pedagogical Excellence organized a regional scientific and practical conference "lesson research: the experience of Kazakhstani schools".
At the 3rd site of the conference, the director of the lyceum school Dubirbekova K. Sh. and the deputy director for Academic Affairs Zhumatova I. Zh. shared their experience on the topic "lesson STUDY-study in the classroom is an effective tool for improving the school."
Systematically focused on the research work of the professional and creative community of teachers "Zharkyn beles".
During the Lesson Study, the teachers of the creative group use the materials they collect daily and the data of systematic assessment to determine the priorities of learning and development of students. Observing the students' activities, they identified the causes of the difficulties they faced, conducted a questionnaire, planned a lesson, discussed a plan, shared their accumulated experience in analysis and research work.
We have seen that Lesson study is the best way to improve the professional qualifications of teachers, improve knowledge, and exchange experience. This approach would not be superfluous if we were talking about a "teacher's workshop" aimed at high-quality education of students.
The regional scientific and practical conference was held at a high level. We thank the organizers and speakers of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence and wish them further creative success.
