On February 19, the educational and methodological Center for the development of Education of Karaganda region hosted a regional forum of physical education teachers with the participation of international representatives (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan) on the theme "the future of the country is a hardened generation". On the discussion platform of the forum, teachers of physical culture of the KSU "school-gymnasium No. 7 named after S. Seifullin" of the Department of Education of Balkhash Turar Yerzhanovich and Nariman Talgatuly demonstrated their mentoring work and shared their experience in a master class on the topic: "conducting games using acrobatic exercises". Excerpts of video lessons from the daily practice of a mentor who provides methodological assistance and supports the professional growth of a young teacher were shown, the types of activities for providing practical assistance to the professional adaptation of a young specialist and methods of their implementation were presented. The master class was highly appreciated by the forum participants.
