An intra-school and lyceum debate tournament dedicated to the 155th anniversary of Alikhan Bokeikhan was held.
04.12.2021 an intra-school debate tournament dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 155th anniversary of the leader of the nation Alikhan Bokeikhan was held in the KSU "School-Lyceum No. 15 named after Alikhan Bokeikhanov" of the Department of Education of the city of Balkhash of the Department of Education of the Karaganda region within the framework of the Week of Historical Literacy "in the stream of History".
The purpose of the tournament: the formation of students' intellectual and creative potential through the development of critical thinking, oratorical abilities, public speaking skills.
14 teams from grades 7-9 took an active part in the tournament:
1. "Aguas" faction (7 "B", "C" classes);
2. "Zhalyn" faction (7 "B", "C" classes);
3. The "Authority" faction (7 "B" class);
4. The "Gentlemen" faction (7th "A" class);
5. "Olympus" faction (8 "A", "B" classes);
6. "Squizyy" faction (8th "A" class);
7. "Zeld" faction (8th "A" class);

9. Armageddon faction (Class 9 "a");
10. The Rock & Johnson faction (Grade 9"B");
11. The Prometheus faction (9th "B" class);

During the tournament, the following resolutions (resolutions) were discussed:
1. This chamber names the most sought-after profession of the XXI century;
2. This Chamber believes that it is necessary to cancel festive events (wedding, kyz uzatu, shildehana, etc.);
3. This chamber believes that globalization negatively affects the Kazakh nation;
4. This chamber names the greatest personality in Kazakh history;
5. This chamber believes that scientific experiments on animals are immoral.
As a result of intense discussion games that lasted five rounds:
* 1st place – the Ebisu faction. Speakers-token Sabina and Ulanova Togzhan, students of grade 9"B";
* 2nd place - the Rock & Johnson faction. Speakers- Amen Alibek and Takhanov Sunkar, students of the 9th "A" class;
* 3rd place – "Armageddon" faction. Speakers -Murat Nurtleu and Ibraimov Alikhan, students of the 9th "A" class;
The winner of the nomination "Best speaker– is Aitkazy Dayana, a student of the 7th "B" class;
* In the nomination "The best judge" – Abylkairova Janelle, a student of the 10th "A" class.
The participants of the tournament were awarded diplomas, medals and letters of thanks. The debate tournament was traditionally held in strict accordance with sanitary requirements.
