1. Measures taken to establish the Board of Guardians.

2. Acquaintance with the plan of measures for the 2017-2018 academic year by the members of the Board of Trustees

       Listened to:

1. To increase financial and economic efficiency, motivation and effective forms of organization of educational process in school, in particular, to promote school education and create good conditions for students in order to improve sports and medical conditions in accordance with the order "On approval of the Model Rules for the organization of work of the Board of Trustees and the procedure for his election in the educational organizations of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 22, 2007 No. 501, and Order No. 65 of the Education Department of Balkhash town dated February 08, 2017 yes About the approval of the Standard Rules for the organization of work of the Custodian Council and the procedure for its conduct in educational organizations. "
It was noted that the active members of the Board of Trustees were approved.

2. Chairman of the Board of Trustees Mukhanov Z., together with the members of the Board of Trustees, developed and approved a work plan. The members of the Council agreed with the plan and signed it.

     The items on the agenda were considered in detail, and the following resolutions were adopted.

Decision:

1. Approve the work plan jointly with the members of the Board of Trustees from 2017-2018 academic year.

2. Along with the school plan of the Board of Trustees, work must be carried out.
