The seminar "Development of Leadership in Education" for magnetic school coordinators was held in supporting school-lyceum №15 of Balkhash сity.Its goal was to form a strategic tool of successful management, improve teaching practice and the quality of education.

Also the main condition for successful development of the professional community network is active and systematic participation of each participant, the constant exchange of experiences and the regular provision of the results of their research. This will be possible through public seminars because schools working together will "significantly improve the professional level of teachers and contribute to more successful students learning"

During the seminar magnetic schools coordinators got acquainted with the school leaders work in the past academic year, have analyzed and discussed the plan for the 2015-2016 academic year.
