The work plan for the implementation of school competence of teachers of the academic year 2015-2016
Purpose: To provide teachers to improve acmeology
Duties:
1. Possession of teachers today methodologies and technologies;
2.Under the program of raising the level of teachers' qualification courses' Centre of Excellence 'in the new format (the first and second cycle) level courses and the KGB ZHMB program designed to ensure the participation of teachers of the department;
3.Modern pedagogical training of teachers in terms of management, planning and control;
4. Quality 7 modules use new technology and PC software during urorkov (Bloom taxonomy Krotvell stations);
5. Planning research students and monitor teachers;
6. Increased interest and motivation of students in teaching and educational process when conducting group work;
7.Increase functional literacy and self-education students;
8. Refresh and make an examination of the author's programs on selected, application rates;
9. Improving the professional skills of teachers, tutors;
10.Improvement of mentors with young professionals;
11. Improving the performance of coach, mentor through coaching, mentoring;
12. To ensure students' professional growth;
13. The development of self-teacher of the department of scientific and methodological;
14. To share experiences of the best teachers in the ten-day techniques of chair;
15. Continue to ensure the opening of all the teachers personal sites on the Internet system;
16. Improving the performance of the new formation of teachers in the center of the support;
