During the defense, they shared the methods and techniques used in the Zerek project in order to preserve the health of students. That is, exercises for the development of the bilateral cortex of the brain, shared techniques for hands and eyes, told what must be used in the lesson.
In addition, the students were shown a video recording of the work carried out according to these techniques. Finally, to get the opinion of the teachers present, padlet used the reflection "bag, meat grinder, garbage can" through the board. In conclusion, the participants shared their opinions, familiarized themselves with the methods and techniques used in the Zerek project.
