"There are many complaints and appeals from parents. The main issue is the participation of school graduates in the UNT. We think that by the end of the year we will make the appropriate additions and changes to the rules of the UNT to make it transparent, open, and in January and February we will publish all the rules in the media, "- said Saparbayev.
Vice Prime Minister instructed the Minister of Education and Science to study the requests and complaints, which were sent upon the results of the last year to identify all problems of the testing.
Also, the ministry needs to analyze the activity of national universities and make a relevant report.
Saparbayev was dissatisfied with the quality of training of scientific specialists: "Now the MES is changing the order of financing of science, it will continue to improve. If we want to join the 30 competitive countries, there must be a corresponding new technology and innovation."
Vice Prime Minister reminded that about 8 years ago the President tasked to create 15 industrial research laboratories, which in practice have shown poor performance.
