The role of a mentor is very important for a young specialist in teaching self-education, the development of inclinations, spiritual and moral education, familiarization with the study, the development of new technologies, and increasing the motivation of young specialists.
This year, our school employs 14 young professionals with experience from 1 to 3 years. Three novice teachers were appointed teachers-mentors Adambayeva B. T-teacher-researcher, Tusupova G. Zh. teacher-expert and Bekbenbetova G. K-teacher - researcher.
Methodological assistance to young specialists, together with mentors, is provided by trainers of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence of the city of Karaganda and methodologists of the city Department of Education. This academic year, with the participation of the coach of the Central Medical Center of Karaganda, a young specialist biology teacher Bekmaganbet Ayim Omirgalievna held an open lesson in grades 8, Kargul N.E. and Esenkulova A. M. held classes within the framework of the Zerek project and showed their skills. Analyzing the lesson, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages during the lesson, he received a number of recommendations from experienced teachers and mentors.
