As part of the Week of Reading Literacy on March 1, 2021, the teacher of the Russian language and literature Brovkina Yu.G. an event creative workshop "I am a reader" was held in an online format with students of 8 grades. In her opening remarks, the teacher spoke about the role of books in people's lives. Then the attention of the students was offered a bookteiler for the story - an extravaganza by Alexander Green about unshakable faith and an all-conquering, lofty dream, about what everyone can do for a loved one - "Scarlet Sails". After watching the book trailer, the participants moved on to reading the work. The excerpt from A. Green's story "Scarlet Sails" captures from the very first lines and everything begins with the story of the birth of Assol. The students liked the beginning of the story, not just a work, but a symbol of faith, hope and love.
