On February 25, 2019, in the city of Balkhash, on the basis of secondary school No. 9, a city seminar for school librarians was held as part of the introduction of the NIS experience in the program: “Development of personal competencies of students in the school library”. The seminar-training was attended by 20 librarians of the city’s schools, with whom they shared their experience in implementing projects of the NIS librarians of secondary school No. 4 Z. Bedelbaeva and A. Shaimerden secondary school No. 16.
