Petrunina-Suhareva M.V. was elected Chairman of the Meeting.

Kushnareva E.A. was elected the Secretary of the Meeting.

The presiding officer proposed the following agenda:

1. On the establishment of the Council.

  2. Determination of the main directions of the Council's activities.

  3. On the transition of the school to a five-day week

   ADOPTED: unanimously

DECIDED: To adopt the agenda.

On the first question the Chairman, who proposed the formation of the Board of Trustees, as follows:

DECIDED: to form the Public Board of Trustees in the above-listed composition

On the second issue of the agenda, the Presiding Officer proposed to identify the main areas of the Council's activities and presented the following activities for discussion:

1. assistance to the organization of education in the conduct of social, cultural, recreational and developmental activities;

  2. assistance in establishing and developing international cooperation in the field of education and training;

  3. Assistance in obtaining education, improving living conditions and employment of students from socially vulnerable sections of the population; 4. making proposals aimed at eliminating shortcomings in the activities of the education organization.

VOTE: Unanimously

  RESOLVED: To approve the proposed guidelines for the activities of the Council.

The third question was addressed by the director of the school Gorbulyova L.Yu. She reported that in the class parents' meetings, which took place 11-12 September 2017 addressed the issues of transition to the updated curriculum classes 1,2,5,7, clarified some aspects of the training activities under the MES of methodical letter for 2017 -2018 school year. The school administration was asked to move to a five-day school week for students of grades 1-11. She acquainted with the mode of work of the school in the conditions of a five-day academic week and proposed the distribution of the number of lessons per class during the week and the schedule of calls. By the decision of classroom parenting, most parents supported the school administration's proposal to switch all grades 1 to 11 to a five-day training regime. The Board of Trustees was invited to

RESOLVED: To support the offer of the school administration and the parent community to switch from grades 1-11 to a five-day school week.
