The third day of the week of physical culture and health literacy under the motto

The third day of the week of physical culture and health literacy was held  under the motto " There is no health without movement, Anyone can tell you that! Practice with pleasure. Sports, dancing, walking!". Morning exercises with yoga elements were held in all age of groups. Teachers conducted a consultation on "The role of relaxing games and exercises in the daily routine". On the territory of the kindergarten together with the parents was held a sports quest "In search of treasures". Also, parents and their pupils took part in the competition "Sport through the eyes of children". And in the end, in all the middle groups, there was a sports entertainment "How we saved the Vitamin".
