"Pre-school education and training to the local executive body of the Republic of Kazakhstan" About approval of standards of state services by the Minister of Education to amend Order No. 172 dated April 7, 2015
I ORDER:
1. To the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan from April 7, 2015 № 172 "About approval of standards of the state services rendered by local executive bodies in the field of preschool education and training" (registered in the state register of regulatory legal acts № 10981, from May 18, 2015 "published in the information and legal system) to make the following changes:
The standards of the state service "Queuing of children of preschool age (till 7 years) for admission to the organizations of preschool education" and "Acceptance of documents and reception of children in the organizations of preschool education" approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendices 1 and 2 to the order.
2. To department of preschool and secondary education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Karinova Sh.T.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of the state registration of this order to send its copy in paper and electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican state company on the right of economic management "Republican center of the legal information" for official publication and reference control bank of regulatory legal acts;
3) within ten calendar days after the date of the state registration of this order to send its copy for official publication in periodicals;
4) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan after official publication;
5) within ten working days after the state registration of this order to provide to Department of legal service and the international cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on accomplishment of the actions provided by subparagraphs 1), 2), 3) and 4) this item.
3. Control of execution of this order to assign to the vice-minister of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.K. To assign to Aimagambetov.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Queuing of children of preschool age (till 7 years) for admission to the organizations of preschool children"
Chapter 1. General provisions
1. The state service "Queuing of children of preschool age (till 7 years) for direction in the organizations of preschool children" (further - the state service).
2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).
3. The state service is rendered by local executive bodies of areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty, areas (the cities of regional value), akims of areas of the city, the cities of regional value, settlements, villages, rural districts (further - the service provider).
Acceptance of the statement and issue of results of rendering of the state service:
1) office of the service provider;
2) non-profit joint-stock company "The state corporation" Government for citizens "(further - the State corporation);
3) the web portal of "electronic government": www.egov.kz (hereinafter - the portal).
Chapter 2. The order of rendering of the state service
4. Terms of rendering of the state service:
1) from the moment of application to the service provider, the State corporation, the portal - 30 minutes;
2) the maximum allowable waiting time for delivery of a package of documents to the service provider or the State corporation - 15 minutes;
3) the maximum time allowed for the provision of services by the service provider or the State Corporation - 15 minutes.
5. Form of rendering of the state service: in electronic (fully automated) and (or) paper form.
6. Issuance of a notice of queuing as a result of public service (voluntary), if any - referral to a preschool organization (voluntary) or paragraph 10 of this standard of public service
