Information on the educational event dedicated to the 1005th anniversary of the birth of philosopher Zhusup Balasaguni

 

In honor of the 1005th anniversary of the birth of the Turkic writer, philosopher Zhusup Balasaguni (1017/1021-1075), an educational hour was held, organized by the head of the culture and art faction Omirkhan Adilet and the librarian of the lyceum school H. Bulganbay. As part of the educational event, information about the life and work of Zhusup Balasaguni was heard.  

Zhusup Balasagun is an outstanding poet of the XI century, philosopher-thinker, scholar-encyclopedist from all over the East, a major statesman, fluent in Arabic and Persian. He studied in prestigious cultural centers of that time - Farab, Kashgar, Bukhara. Zhusup Balasagun held the post of Chief Minister in the Khan's Palace of the Karakhanov State. 

One of the symbols of antiquity is the poem "Kutty Bilik" by Zhusup Balasagun - one of the greatest treasures of the world. In each line of the saga "Kutty Bilik", the legacy of Zhusup Balasagun is meaningful and valuable, especially necessary for today's generation. This is the viability of the thinker's legacy. The saga "Kutty Bilik" is a valuable work that has not lost its deep meaning. 

The main articles of the work are about the power of reason, the benefits of knowledge, and the place of science in the development of human society. Most sections of this treatise are devoted to reflections on life, on happiness, on vices and vices, on the positive and negative sides of the word, on the qualities necessary for leaders and rulers of different levels, on finding a language with representatives of different societies.
