In an era in which today is dynamically developing social and scientific and technical progress of society, increasing the share of intellectual labor of man, increasing the requirements for the level of education and the development of creative individuality and professional orientation of each individual. The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on education" States that "the main task of the education system is to create the necessary conditions for education aimed at the formation, development and professional development of the individual on the basis of national and universal values, achievements of science and practice, training of skilled workers and specialists able to compete in the labor market, improving their skills". General education has three main objectives: to provide General self-education, a comprehensive worldview of the child, and to prepare him for the future of a certain profession. Among these three tasks, it was proved that every year social development becomes the most urgent problem-the orientation of the child to the future profession. At the present stage, the task of General education is not only to ensure the generalized development of the child, but also, most importantly, to Orient them to a certain specialty by virtue of their abilities and interests.
Some of the factors that can serve as a basis for human adaptation to a certain action include::

- attitude to work, interest in the profession;
- professional work orientation of the person;
- the suitability of the physical and mental fields;
- specific abilities (qualities necessary for a certain activity));
- knowledge, skills, experience.
Each student does not have the same qualities of consciousness, behavior, culture, attitude to life, distinctive features of different specialties. Their specificity is in the education, in the environment of children.
The school is a center that organizes and coordinates the work on vocational guidance of students. The teacher, the class teacher, the teacher of lessons of work, the organizer of extracurricular and extra-curricular educational work, i.e. all pedagogical collective.
The teacher gives students deep knowledge, connects them with career guidance work, helps them in choosing a profession, is responsible for the fate of each graduate, provides assistance to class teachers, parents. The class teacher directs all orientation work in the classroom. Prepares students to choose a particular specialty. The class teacher, relying on the components of the career guidance system, determines the main directions in terms of educational work. The school plays an important role in improving the professional level of students. The school also organized work with gifted students in the practical part in four directions. These are intellectual, sports, managerial, organizational, Amateur. Playing sports is an important aspect of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Self-management-organizational activities in the direction of communication with the ability to develop talents and creativity. In the XXI century, the importance of education and upbringing is growing in society.
