Admission to the 1st grade

In accordance with paragraph 9 of Chapter 2 of the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 12, 2018 No. 564 "On approval of the Standard Rules for admission to educational organizations implementing general educational programs of primary, basic secondary and general secondary education", the procedure for admission to educational organizations implementing general educational programs of primary education is determined, basic secondary, general secondary education.
Educational organizations implementing general education curricula of primary education provide admission to the first grade of children aged six and children who turn six in the current calendar year, with access for all children living in the territory of the educational organization, regardless of the level of training.
The territory of the educational organization's service is approved by the order of the education management bodies of cities of republican significance, the capital, districts (cities of regional significance).
According to paragraph 9-2, the acceptance of documents from parents or other legal representatives of a child entering the first class of educational organizations implementing general educational programs of primary education is carried out from April 1 to August 1 of the current calendar year.
In accordance with paragraph 9-7, when admitting children to the first grade of gymnasiums and lyceums, exams are held until June 15 of the calendar year, the terms, forms and tasks of which are determined by educational organizations independently.
The order on enrollment in the first class is issued by the educational organization no earlier than August 25 of the current year.

1) application of parents or other legal representatives according to the attachment form1;
2) medical certificates of form No. 065/u on the state of health, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 148139), form No. 026/u-three, approved by the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2003 No. 469 "On approval of the Instructions for filling out and maintaining the registration Form 026/u-3 "Child Health Passport" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 2423);
3)a 3x4 cm digital photo of a child.
- when contacting the service provider (on paper):
1) application application of parents or other legal representatives according to the form of Appendix 1;
2) an identity document (the original is required for identification, which is returned to the service recipient),
3) medical certificate of health status (Form No. 065/y, approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 148139) and form No. 026/u-3, approved by the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2003 No. 469 "On approval of the Instructions for filling out and maintaining the registration form 026/u-3 "Child Health Passport" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 2423);
4) photos of the child in the size of 3x4 cm in the amount of 2 pieces.
Service recipients-foreigners and stateless persons provide one of the following documents defining their status, with a note on registration at the place of residence:
1) foreigner - residence permit of a foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) stateless person - certificate of a stateless person;
3) refugee - refugee certificate;
4) asylum seeker - certificate of the asylum seeker;
5) candace - the certificate of candace.
