Health Day at school is a fun holiday, a holiday of good mood, sports and health. Schoolchildren are looking forward to this day to participate in sports competitions, frolic and breathe fresh air.
Children are our future. In order for our future to be healthy, it is necessary to instill in children the skills of a healthy lifestyle from an early age, to cultivate in them a respectful attitude towards their own health, to accustom them to sports. On September 7, 2021, our school hosted the Health Day “Let's say to health - YES!”. The annual Health Day has become a tradition in our school. It is held so that our students, teachers, parents can understand how much health means in their lives, and decide what they need to do to improve the health of people around the world. This academic year, due to the observance of quarantine measures, the Health Day program was carried out separately in the classrooms, without the participation of parents.
Physical education teachers Kochetkov L.G., Pestov Yu.V., Urazbekova E.Yu. organized competitions in middle distance running, relay races, outdoor games.
As always, it was noisy, joyful, interesting.
