About course of realization of the state program of education’s development for 2011-2020 on Balkhash town for 2013.
Activity education’s system of town directed for realization of the Strategy-2050, the State program of development of education for 2011-2020 and Messages of the President.
The budget of education of town in 2013 made up 2 bln.501mln.882 thousand KZT, including on account of means of local budget 2bln.294 mln. 435 thousand KZT.
On the territory of town functioned 19 (2012-20) state organizations of education.
In the network of organizations of education conducted following changes: school №18 is closed, which was placed in type building of Pupil’s Palace.
By the order of the department of education transferring of pupils of school №18 with full packet of documents fully realized in: school 2 – 2 «Ә»class (26 pupils), 3«А»class (49 pupils), 4 «Ә»class (25 pupils);
37 pupils from 5-11 classes in accordance with their desire transferred to lyceum №2, school-gymnasium №7, school №15, 16.
49 pedagogues from 61 workers from school №18 from 01.09.2013 transferred to school №8, seven pedagogues assigned with classes of primary school, 5 pedagogues on leave on care of child.
One of the main tasks in the sphere of education is guaranteeing of his availability.
Three-shift learning is absent.
There is no conducive to accident schools.
In 2013, for conducting of current repair work of MB were funded in the amount of 89.4 million tenge (in 2012 - 34.7 million KZT), which is 257% more than in 2012.
Current repair work of school of art is conducted for the sum 52.8 mln.KZT;
- Boarding-school of general type and kindergarten "Baldyrgan" did electrical work in the amount of 20.3 million KZT;
- School № 4 installed street lights in the amount of 2.6 million KZT;
- School № 9 repair the heating system of the upper filling in the amount of 5 million KZT;
- School № 29 roof repair in the amount of 5 million KZT;
For the purchase of building materials for the current repair in educational institutions allocated 3.8 mln.KZT.
One of the main directions of development of education is to ensure equal access to quality early childhood education.
During the implementation of the program "Balapan" coverage of preschool education for children from 2 to 6 years was 99.5%, from 3 to 6 years - 100%.
At the beginning of the 2013-2014 school year opened an additional group in the current mini-school center №15 for 40 seats.
In 10 mini-centers on the base of schools are 41 groups with a total coverage of children in 1042.
2 mini –centre (20%) with a short day stay in the town (NShcool №27 Gulshat village, School №29 Sayak village). Transferring of mini-centers for a full day stay is not possible because on the basis of these schools are no kitchens.
According to the State educational standard at all kindergartens and mini-centres is realize learning of the Kazakh and English languages. In 11 preschool institutions of the town learning of languages covered 950 children, where 11 teachers teach.
Cadre personnel of preschool organizations made up 248 pedagogues:
- High preschool education-27 %;
- middle– specialized– 66%;
out of them
- high qualifying category – 12 %;
- the first category– 35%;
- the second category– 38%.
On the improvement of quality personnel of pedagogues conducting system work:
- 98 pedagogues passed through courses of advanced training during the year;
- Conducts training, practical seminars of town and regional level;
- In common with educational-methodical centre of Karagandy region is conducts departure to probation area on exchange of experience;
- Pedagogues take part in regional and republican seminar.

- new kindergarten for 320 places in 2014;
- new kindergarten for 280 places in 2018;
- capital repair work of the kindergarten “Gulder” for 210 places in 2017.

For correction of children with disabilities with various pathologies and disabilities on the basis of the kindergarten "Er Tostіk" opened two groups of inclusive education with speech impairments (12 children) and with mental retardation (12 children). Since 2014 the school № 1 entered the internship site for the implementation of inclusive education with magnetic attachment 8 schools.
By the conclusion of the regional psycho-medical-pedagogical commission in 4 (school № 1,4,5,8) educational institutions trained 6 children.

For early learning of English language pupils of 1st classes 100% purchased books of "Cambridge" publishing.
All pupils are provided by the contingent of the town in full (100%) new generation of textbooks and educational complex.
To ensure the safety of life and health of children in all public schools in 2008 installed 154 cameras.
According to a comprehensive plan to provide housing for orphans for 2011-2013, approved by the Mayor of Karaganda region on 10.04.2011, it was planned to allocate 30 apartments.

An important indicator of the level of education is pupils won prizes at regional and national competitions.
Team of the town by the results of regional competitions in general subjects and competitions of scientific projects over the last five years consistently held the title of the best Olympic teams (2nd place).
