Information about the conducting of the action “The way to school”
In order to organize and conducting effectively of the republican action “The way to school” (further - Action) the organizing committee on conducting of the Action was created by the resolution of Balkhash town Akimat in 2012,the plan of the actions was confirmed, which has the working out and realization of concrete measures of problems of general compulsory education, on rendering the help to families with low-income by preparation a child for the school year, activization of interdepartamental cooperation, and also intyeraction of educational organs with nonstate structures, including social private organizations and sponsors.
On 03.08.2012 the sitting of round table on the theme: “Interaction of state organs, nonstate structures in decision of problems general compulsory education and rendering of help to pupils with low -income” with Akim’s substitute of the town Moldabaeva B.K., chairman CAMandPRchairman of organizational committee on conducting of the Action was held.
The social staff on rendering of address aid to children from social unprotected layer of population, began their working in the department of education, physical training and sport, on 08.08.201235 applications were given from town citizens who are in need of rendering aid on training children to school, out of them – 14will go to the 1st class.
Besides, the work of the “Hot lines”, “Thrust” telephones, social reception rooms in educational organizations were organized.
Informational-propaganda actions by informing population about the Action is organized: banners with logotype and telephone numbers of hot line were established on the main streets of the town, work on sticking of posters, sending of letters, distribution of advertisement booklets.
