"About Education" in terms of the full coverage of minor

about the results of the republican action"Road to School" and the progress of the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About Education" in terms of the full coverage of minor children with training in educational institutions.
The annual republican action "Road to School" takes place in all regions of our country from July 1 to September 30. The purpose of the action is to provide support to schoolchildren from low-income families, to attract the media for explanatory work to ensure the right of all children to receive compulsory secondary education.
From July 1, outreach activities were organized to inform the population about the republican action "Road to School":
- a banner with a logo and hotline telephone numbers were installed on Lenin Street;
- an online campaign was carried out in the social networks of educational organizations with the distribution of advertising brochures;
- articles about the announcement of the action were published in the city mass media, the schools provided articles about the passage of the action;
- The Orken-Media TV channel broadcasted reports about the campaign.
According to the approved plan of the city akim (governor) for the period from July 01 to September 21, all activities were 100% completed:
- The August control registration of children and adolescents living in the city was carried out (the number from 0 to 18 years old - 15911 (2019 - 15714 people);
- Compiled address lists of large and low-income families living in the city and in need of help (the number of families is 1023, there are 1318 children, 1279 pupils in them);
- compiled address lists of pupils belonging to the category in need of material assistance: disabled people, orphans, children from large families, children from low-income families;
- in all institutions information about the action was provided on the websites, information stands worked.
Within the framework of the action, letters were sent to government organizations, enterprises, public funds, sponsors to provide support to schoolchildren from low-income and large families.

An analysis of the events held shows that every year the number of action participants who want to provide support to schoolchildren from socially unprotected families in preparation for the beginning of the school year is increasing. This increases the coverage of those who receive material support during the campaign. So, in July-August of this year, thanks to the sponsors and patrons of the headquarters, assistance was provided to 1,035 pupils in the amount of 1,615,500 tenge.
By the beginning of the school year, 1023 children from socially unprotected layers of the population were provided with office supplies and clothes for the amount of 25,575,000 tenge from the General Education Fund.
127 applications were registered at the public headquarters under the education department for assistance (286 children in them).
During the entire campaign, a hot line and a helpline, also public reception offices in schools functioned without interruption.
