March 28, 2018 in the secondary school number 8 was a city forum of history teachers on the topic "Cultural and genetic code: history, traditions, customs." The purpose of the forum was to implement the program - "Tуған жер", as a historical value for young generations, contributing to the development of a sense of patriotism and instilling love for a small homeland.
  According to the plan of the forum, presentations of the virtual museum were presented, where schools shared  with their experiences №10, 24 and № 17, and start-up projects were made by schools № 16 and № 4.
        At the same time, in the context of using digital educational resources, master classes were held, where teachers shared their experiences on the use of digital educational resources in their lessons.
     Sectional work was conducted in two languages. Teacher-historians made presentations on the topic: "Values ​​and traditions of a modern кazakh family", were schools №25 and №1 made speeches and their presentations.
      The forum was continued by the plenary session, the first speech was given to the guest of the forum, teacher Akholakova Akhnulak Amanzhanovna Balkhash Humanitarian Technical College. During the forum, a video was also given to the guests prepared by the faculty of the Faculty of History of the Karaganda State University. I want to note that one of the guests of the forum was an employee of the city museum Daulet Kozhakov. He stressed the importance of school museums in the life of schoolchildren. At the plenary session, the reports of schoolteachers №. 8 Z.M. Zhakupova and  № 17 N.N Smironovoy.
      At the end of the forum, many recommendations were received from the forum participants. Taking into account all the recommendations, the participants of the plenary session adopted a resolution on further work in this direction.
