In October 2017, according to the plan of the Department of Education of Balkhash started the event "Teacher of the Year-2017". As a rule, teachers need to pass open lessons and extracurricular activities too. So, on October 10 elementary school teachers started the first day of the event. Four open lessons were demonstrated. Each lesson was evaluated by 10 criteria. They include: ability to develop functional literacy, effective feedback, teacher’s skills, educational upbringing aspects.The participant of the contest, the teacher of 8 secondary schools Ryskul Asem Kaydarovna showed an open lesson on the topic of ""Analyzers" in the third class of 7school- gymnasium. At the lesson were used atmosphere of cooperation, a secret envelope, a pair work, group work, thinking strategies. With the help of theoretical tools and resources and the students' active participation in their learning has reached the aim.
