Seminar "Training planning"

This academic year, the ranks of teachers have been replenished in our school, several young specialists have joined our team. There are 14 young specialists working in our school.
In September, a seminar on "training planning" was held as a methodological assistance to young specialists. Mentors of young specialists and young specialists took part in the seminar. The event was opened by Sh.K. Nygmetullina, Deputy Director for Educational and Methodological Work, who focused on the purpose of the seminar, during which she offered some very important tips on organizing training and developing experience in the educational process, helping a young specialist, sharing new ideas and experience. In addition, the following information was provided on the main topic of the seminar "training planning":
The new educational program consists of three important documents: a program, a long-term plan, a medium-term and a short-term plan. The "calendar -thematic" plan that we are developing so far is a long-term plan that covers the main content of training. Information is given about the evaluation criteria and how to create descriptors, giving an idea that learning goals are first transformed into lesson goals, that learning goals do not change, that they can only be simplified or explained. At the end of the seminar, young specialists together with mentors made a lesson plan, formed several levels of tasks with the help of descriptors with evaluation criteria.At the end of the seminar, the participants exchanged views, expressed their point of view, noted that experienced teachers have a lot to learn from what the seminar provides.
