Internet – conference of officials of education in Balkhash town “Modernization of educational system – is the main vector of qualitative growth of human capital”

16/08/2012 in lyceum №2 after Abai the town August Internet-conference took place for workers of education. In the conference took part:
· Akim of the town Aubakirov N.E.
· Director of the Institute of qualification increasing of pedagogical workers in Karaganda region Kontaev S.S.;
· Secretary of town Maslikhat Rakhimberlina K.T.;
· Pedagogical active;
· Representatives of Mass media.
With the words of greating Aubakirov N.E., Akim of Balkhash town addressed August conference participations.
Director of the Institute of qualification increasing of pedagogical workers in Karaganda region Kontaev S.S. directed greeting words to participants of pedagogical forum.
The secretary of town Maslikhat Rakhimberlina K.T. congratulated the workers of education on beginning of new school year and opening of August conference.
Augaust conference of Balkhash teachers was conducted under the leadership of the town Akim Aubakirov N.E.
The chief of the department of education Agdarbekova G.Zh. spoke with the main report “Modernization of educational system – is the main vector of qualitative growth of human capital”.
The aim of the meeting – supporting of further complex development of educational systems in Balkhash town, forming of innovational potential in educational organizations, ensuring of equal access to education, the most complete satisfaction of educational needs of person, increasing of social teacher status.
In their report the chief of education did analysis of work of town educational system, revealed problems and ways of their solvation, directed to the perspectives and priority direction for forthcoming 2012-2013 school year.
