From September 21 to 26, 2020, educational organizations of the city held events dedicated to the labor day in Kazakhstan. During this period, literature exhibitions were organized in school libraries, information stands "Work makes a person beautiful", competitions of poems and riddles about work, drawings on the themes "My favourite hobby", "What I Want to be", information hours "The Importance of choosing the right profession" were held. Videos and presentations of students ' own work on theme "My first professional steps" are posted on school websites. In the promotion "All professions are important, but workers are in need", students talked about working professions that are necessary in the city, and the challenge "The Best labor dynasty" was also launched. Within the framework of the regional project, another broadcast of the "Family hour" was held on the theme "АМan is great and glorious by work". Specialists of the Department of education, representatives of the city's colleges, and the employment center took part in the broadcast. Parents had the opportunity to learn again what working professions are taught in the city's colleges, how the city's employment center can help them find jobs, and what professions are in demand in our city labor market.
