          The schoolchildren's palace is the successor of the Palace of Pioneers, which was opened in 1974. Since 1999, the Authorized Body has amended the Charter and the Palace of Schoolchildren has been renamed the Public School "Schoolchildren's Palace".

          The schoolchildren's palace is a diversified institution of additional education, where 2600 children aged 3 to 18 are engaged in 41 associations of interests.

        The schoolchildren's palace is the organizer of traditional urban socially significant events, coordinates the competitive and children's social movement. As an educational institution, the Palace of Schoolchildren ensures the participation of children in socially active activities, shapes their worldview, the system of values ​​and ideals that determine the person's civil position, its value attitude to the world and the definition of one's place in it. The educational process at the Schoolchildren's Palace is carried out taking into account the principles of extracurricular activities : mass, voluntariness, free choice of activities by children, their initiative and initiative.

    Every child, visiting our Palace, can realize his dream into reality, to learn new and interesting, because all conditions for the formation, development and self-realization of the student's personality as a citizen and patriot of the Republic of Kazakhstan, future specialist capable of professional, intellectual and social creativity.

    In our schoolchildren's palace, the creative interaction of intellect, art and sport gives that fruitful result, called education, focused on the result.
